How to prepare your Business for COVID-19

Jesse Jensen • Aug 03, 2020

Many stores have been closed since this Pandemic started. Some continue to stay open with limited seating and interaction, and risk remains. Now, we made a way for you to do it all, from a distance.

When an order is made and paid for, drop it off on the SecurePik location. When the customer arrives, they pull out their phone, replying to the text message that they have arrived.

Once the text response is sent, the locker opens and the customer takes it out and leaves. All this is done with no humans in your store, restaurant, etc. A true contact less experience. Besides the customer, of course.

Speak to your audience
You know your audience better than anyone else, so keep them in mind as you write your blog posts. Write about things they care about. If you have a company Facebook page, look here to find topics to write about

Take a few moments to plan your post
Once you have a great idea for a post, write the first draft. Some people like to start with the title and then work on the paragraphs. Other people like to start with subtitles and go from there. Choose the method that works for you.

Here are four ways reasons to you can expand your business with SecurePik. 1. Invite your customers to try it. Write to your customers about this new service, SecurePik. SecurePik eliminates human interaction (and social anxiety) allowing them to pick up their orders. Send a text, e-mail or blog about it. Make sure customers are reminded to still wear their mask when picking up their orders. 2. Expand your Services. Now that your business can be managed on the web, you may give your employees new assignments such as: route drivers for pick-up and delivery or use them to improve your fulfillment services.
